Margaux Kelly, Vice President
Margaux Kelly specializes in community engagement, policy advocacy and political strategy. She brings over 15 years of experience in public policy, government affairs and civic engagement to advise clients who are navigating complex political, bureaucratic and regulatory landscapes. With a career that spans senior leadership roles in San Francisco City Hall, high-stakes campaign management and grassroots coalition building, Margaux has a proven record of converting public will into lasting policy outcomes.
Prior to joining BMWL, Margaux served as Chief Community Officer at TogetherSF, where she led citywide coalitions and advocacy campaigns that resulted in over $120 million in funding for mental health, public safety and addiction treatment. She also held key roles in the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Economic and Workforce Development and served as Chief of Staff to Supervisor Mark Farrell, where she led landmark initiatives such as Francisco Park and the Shared Schoolyard Project. At BMWL, Margaux leverages this depth of experience to help clients bridge the gap between community impact and public policy, delivering strategic counsel rooted in on-the-ground insight.
Margaux has a degree in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and lives in San Francisco.
