Juan is a political campaign, advocacy and community engagement professional who relies on his varied campaign and official side experiences to build real, long-lasting relationships and effective management for BMWL and its clients.

Raised in Phoenix, Juan’s love and interest in politics and public affairs stemmed from observing the disproportionate laws and policies affecting his communities.

Juan got his start on campaigns with some of the most essential statewide campaigns since 2020, including Senator Kelly’s Senate campaigns, Harris-Walz Presidential campaign and Governor Hobbs' re-election campaign. He also worked for Phoenix Mayor Gallego as a Policy Advisor, helping tackle some of the toughest issues, like housing, homelessness and public health, in the nation’s 5th largest city.

Juan holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in Global Studies from Arizona State University. Outside of work, you can catch him working out, playing sand volleyball or enjoying time with his dog, Ivy.
